As the owner of Dark Moon Merchant, I will do everything I can to make sure that you are happy with your order at my shops. You can submit your refund/exchange within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If there is any reason that you want to make a return or an exchange, please read the FAQ below and visit the contact page to post your request.


  • Check below to see which items do not qualify for a return or exchange
  • It can take several days for your refund to be processed
  • Refunds will be returned to the original funding source within 30 days
  • If your account is flagged for fraud or return/exchange abuse you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund

What Items Are Not Qualified For A Return?

These are the items that DO NOT qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products that are consumable: OILS, INCENSE and CANDLES
  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products with missing labels
  • Products that are missing parts
  • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren't usable
  • Items that are on sale

How Do I Start A Return

Visit the contact page to post your information. You will need your name, email and order number, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be sent return instructions, label. Please return with your packing slip included with your order, and in original packaging

If you do not have a printer you can also be mailed a return label. 

and follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return, totally FREE:

  1. Attach your shipping label to your return
  2. Include your packing slip
  3. Drop off your return at a USPS or UPS location depending on your label.

How Do I Send Back My Return From Outside The USA?

Visit the contact page to post your information. You will need your name, email and order number, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be sent return instructions, and a label. Please return with your packing slip included with your order, and in the original packaging.
  1. Print your return label and attach it to your box. If you do not have a printer you can have a label mailed to you.
  2. Drop off your return at USPS or DHL. Keep your tracking number in a safe place for reference

If something is wrong or missing with your order please contact me right away; use the contact form to drop me a line, let me know what happened, send pictures, etc.
